This is a biannual event organized by ACCA since 1974 and, since 2014, is held together with IEEE International Conference on Automation (IEEE ICA), in collaboration with IEEE Chilean Chapters on Control Systems, to promote all areas of the automation and control applications on communication, biomedical engineering, power engineering, and industrial engineering. In 2024, the conference will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the ACCA, and the Conference Lemma will be “Digital Transformation for Sustainability “. This will be a great opportunity to discuss how the control community from Chile, and more widely since Latin America, can contribute to this aspect and how digital transformation can help to create a more sustainable world.
