The newsletter presents updated statistics on IFAC affiliates from the portal. After a cleanup of inactive profiles, the database now contains around 6,000 entries, and affiliates are encouraged to update their profiles and make them at least IFAC-public. - IFAC Journal Awards: Call for Nominations
IFAC awards several triennial journal paper prizes to recognize outstanding papers. The deadline for nominations for all journal paper prizes is April 15, 2026. - IFAC Distinguished Lecturer Reports
Hideaki Ishii (Japan) visited Thailand for one IFAC Distinguished Lecture, Lei Guo (China) visited Bali, Indonesia, delivering two talks, and Alexandre Dolgui (France) visited Colombia, giving two talks. - IFAC 2026 World Congress information
The regular and invited paper submission closed on December 5 with 3,898 papers submitted. However, late-breaking papers can be submitted until February 28, 2026. - Calendar of upcoming IFAC Conferences
