Control design is at the core of many applications in a variety of different areas, including aerospace, robotics, automotive, and industrial control systems. Due to the ever expanding fields of application, and to the great improvement of the available technologies, new important challenges have to be addressed in the design, implementation and realization of control solutions. These are studied by the broad research community working in the area of control design.
This technical committee fosters the development and application of innovative methods for solving control problems. It brings together experts in the field of control design who work collaboratively to identify best practices, standards, and guidelines for designing effective and efficient control systems.
