IFAC’s conference submission and review management system, previously available at ifac.papercept.net, will soon be known as the IFAC Submission Management System, or IFAC SMS!
IFAC SMS (https://ifac-sms.org/) will be used in the same ways that authors, editors, and conferences have used Papercept in the past, such as to:
-submit their contributions to any IFAC Conference of their choice,
-inspect the reviews and final decision letter of the submission,
-resubmit the final version of a submission, and
-upload comments if the user acts as a reviewer.
Additional offerings may be rolled out in the near future.
The major difference is that IFAC SMS (still serviced by Pradeep Misra and his Papercept team) is a dedicated/IFAC-only server. Both sites, ifac.papercept.net and ifac-sms.org, will be unavailable from 23:00 on the 10th until 01:00 on the 11th of Oct. 2026. (US Eastern time).
For the immediate future there will be an instant redirect https://ifac-sms.org/ from https://ifac.papercept.net/
Please report any post-migration problems to Pradeep ([email protected]) so that any issues can be resolved as quickly as possible.
