All IFAC sponsored conferences and the co-sponsored conferences whose proceedings are published in IFAC PapersOnLine are bound to use the IFAC Conference Submission Management System, which operates with PaperCept. IFAC is granted access to the sever on which the service operates.
The data is owned by IFAC. The individual users (authors of manuscripts, reviewers, editors) are fully in control of the data they provide. The data concerning accepted papers at a Conference to be published in IFAC PapersOnLine is transferred under the responsibility of that Conference Publication Chair. The data concerning the contributions accepted in the program of the conference is transferred to the Conference App in coordination with the Conference Board member in charge of the interactions with Conference Compass company.
