IPA Conference on Computers, Communications, and Technology Transfer (JCIT 3)
Jerusalem, Israel — 6–9 August 1978. Organized by IPA — Information Processing Association of Israel, sponsored by IFIP and several other organizations. Nineteen topic areas are listed, ranging from transfer of computer technology and communication networks through to national policies for computer usage and future developments.
